Chapter 5.1: The first of generation six arrives

The legacy household held to many memories for the family, and they decided it was time for a change of scenery. They found a beautiful modern house, with a wonderful view. It had less bedrooms than the old house, but then again, there were less sims than they had once had.

They put a pool in, and decorated it differently, they didn't want future generations to be afraid of the water.

After the death of her husband, Michaela had struggled with her weight. She’d lost incentive to work out and eat healthily and the weight had began to pile back on. She knew it was time to get back in shape, she wanted to live a long life and see the birth of her grandchildren.

With some hard work an effort, Michaela quickly shed the pounds for a second time.

Meadow had become a bit of an inappropriate child, but she was cute none-the-less, and being the baby of the family she often got away with it.

She had green eyes, which was great considering green was her favourite colour!

Madden had also grown up, into a young adult. He was ready to make something of his life, and with the addition of never nude he decided he would like to get married, and raise five babies to teens. He hoped he’d be able to keep his anger under control and find someone to marry.

He had a brief catch-up with Aubrey, but his conscience got the best of him, and he remembered the agreement him and Blaze had made. He ran into another old love interest, Kristie. The two hit it off immediately.

Madden was so young, but already felt ready to find "the one".

And it was right there in the public toilets that Madden proposed. If he wanted to raise five children – he didn’t have a lot of time to waste.

Kristie was a little shocked, to say the least. But she still said yes.

However, it was at that time that Madden was proposing that the last of generation three was leaving the family. Alexis had been given a lot more time due to a death flower, but now her time was well and truly up.

Michaela found it hard to take in, it seemed like everyone she loved was leaving her.

Michaela called Madden to let him know about his grandmother. Madden was upset, and he knew that it was the perfect time to marry Kristie. So she became Kristie Freeman and she moved in.

Madden knew that was the time to make Kristie his wife.

Kristie had a makeover, which she was rather impressed with. She was looking forward to being a part of reviving the legacy, and she had faith in Madden to do a good job at being heir. They wasted no time in preparing for generation six.

Kristie was a little older than Madden, but only by 5 days.

With the expectations of a baby arriving soon Madden decided it would be best if he learnt how to cook, however he proved to be not very good at it, and Kristie took over the role of house chef.

Madden burnt the waffles, and they were not very pleasant to eat. Kristie clued up on some pregnancy tips.

Meadow was doing well in school and was good friends with her cousin, Teresa (Indie’s daughter). Indie had recently given birth to her third child, Everett.

Meadow and Teresa often hung out after school.

Kristie announced her pregnancy, and the whole family was looking forward to having a baby in the house. Michaela was so proud of her son, who proved to be so loving towards his new wife and unborn baby.

Madden had turned out so different than anyone had expected.

It was Blaze’s turn to decide what he was going to do in life, and he aged up with the additional trait of commitment issues. Michaela was thankful he had not been chosen as heir with a trait like that. His lifetime wish was to be a superstar athlete, and Michaela pushed him to go out to the stadium and ask for a job. With a job as a rabid fan, Blaze decided to go out on his own and get a house too.

Blaze wanted to be just like his dad.

As Kristie’s pregnancy furthered the young newly weds were arguing a lot. It was a combination of hormones, being young, and the prospect of being such young parents…of course it didn’t help that Kristie already had an over-emotional personality. Madden, although he didn’t want to admit it, was missing his dad more than ever.

The couple argued about trivial things.

The arguments were always solved with Madden buying his wife something, in this case she was given a gold $100,000 car. It wasn’t like the +$4,000,000 family couldn’t afford it!

No one in the house had a job, but the money from the businesses in town was more than enough.

Baby Alyx Freeman was born into the family. A name-sake of Alexis. I had noticed Kristie had been cross-eyed a lot, so I figured it was time for her to wear some glasses.

Leopard print glasses were all the rage.

Michaela loved being a grandma, and it wasn’t until Alyx was born that she realised how old she was actually getting. She was only a few days away from elderhood, and the lines on her face were showing. She’d had a life full of ups and downs, but she had high hopes that life would only be on the up from now on.

Michaela couldn't believe how quickly her daughter had grown! She was already a teen.

Meadow was a teen now, and a beautiful one at that. She didn’t just have the looks though, she also had the brains. She was a true genius, and she decided to take up painting, just like her aunt Indie.

Meadow didn't want to be a painter when she growed up, but it was a fun hobby for the mean time.

Will Madden and Kristie manage to have five children without pressure getting to them?

Should have another update by the weekend. Thanks for reading. :)
